Catalog published on the occasion of the FRAC exhibition What is visible is not invisible* presented in Singapore, Seoul, Bangkok from October 6, 2016 to July 30, 2017. This exhibition is a project associated with the Singapore Biennale of 2016. It was presented in was organized by Platform.
The exhibition What is not visible is not invisible* invites you on an unprecedented mental and sensory journey into the heart of the ephemeral and the sensitive. The project, based on 34 works chosen from the 23 Frac (Regional Contemporary Art Fund) collections, brings together 32 French and international artists whose work inspired the content of the exhibition.
This introspective exhibition invites you to live an experience of sensitive vagrancy and to free body and mind through the encounter of vibrant and empathetic works. As such, each visit is unique.
* The title of the exhibition refers to the eponymous work of the French artist Julien Discrit (2008, collection of the FRAC Lorraine).
