Go behind the scenes of the Frac exhibitions and discover their set-up. During the confinements, a series of 10 episodes was turned around the montage of the exhibition in Carquefou, entitled “X” and imagined by the artist Claude Closky.

Each year a film is produced dedicated to the meeting of a well-known personality with the world of contemporary art and more precisely the Frac des Pays de la Loire collection, as part of the National Frac Weekend (WEFRAC). In 2021, Françoise Vergès’ gaze and committed thought were reflected in the reserves of the Frac. The film thus presents the works selected by our guest and the reasons for these choices. Then, the works are exhibited to the public, in the Frac during the weekend.

Each year, the Frac L’ART EN VALISE system offers high schools and CFA schools the opportunity to unite around a theme. In 2017/2019, the theme “the collective” is available through exhibitions, boxes and workshops with artists. L’ ART EN VALISE allows students to meet the works, the artists and an approach to the professions of contemporary art.

Invited by the Frac des Pays de la Loire, Bevis Martin and Charlie Youle, helped by their daughter Sukie, offer us a virtual workshop named Scratch*. It is a funny, creative and educational proposal for an introduction to computer coding.

Scratch software is available free online. To share your creation with us, you will need to create an account, it’s very easy, and send us the link of your Scratch animation to [email protected]

The MuMo and the Frac des Pays de la Loire, accompanied by the Opixido agency, wanted from the 2017-2018 tour of the Mobile Museum in the Pays de la Loire to offer young audiences a new digital mediation tool. “Crée ton MuMo” website was updated in 2019/2020 on the occasion of the second MuMo tour and Visage, paysage exhibition, a selection of works from the Frac collection.
