This publication is published on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the architecture of the Frac des Pays de la Loire, the first building designed specifically for a Frac. Its objective is to question the function of such an institution through its past and its perspectives in its relationship to the work and to the territory. It articulates the close links between artistic activity, that of the International Workshops in particular, and the acquisition policy.
This book is designed in relation to the edition project of Volume 3 of the collection.
