Word is round

This year, the exhibition curator Marie de Brugerolle has chosen to bring, for the 35th edition of the international workshops, four visual artists whose works border on poetry. Using refined geometric shapes, they question the concept of reality, much like the work of Marie Bourget. Through these games of representation and non-representation, the issue of trust between the artist and the viewer comes into play. By incorporating works by Jordan Derrien and Lili Dujourie, as well as blending forms and poetry, the 2024 workshops become a true ode to contemporary art and the work of Marie Bourget.
